Secretary Director

Responsibilities

– Supporting operations for management administrative of the company and maintains schedule’s Director
– Set up a schedule and organize meeting
– Preparing meeting materials
– Receiving, sending and making letters for the internal company and outside parties
– Prepare all the needs in business trip for Director (travel request, hotel accommodation, transportation, travel expenses report

Requirement

– Minimum Diploma from Secretarial or equivalent
– Good interpersonal and communication skill (English both oral and writing)
– At least 2 years of working experiences in secretarial / personal assistant
