Accounting & Tax Officer

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for filing, accumulating and evaluating data required for
    preparation of variety of Tax Returns as well as tax reconciliation
  • Responsible for the payments of estimated income taxes and all taxes
  • Regularly interfaces with external business partners and tax advisors
  • Ensure Tax Compliance and Administration
  • Complement an ad hoc accounting and tax projects
  • Provide monthly financial report and financial analysis.
  • Provide accurate and reliable information/data as a reconciliation
    data to produce financial (A/R and A/P) reporting in timely manner.
  • Do all things related accounting area.

Requirement:

  • S1 Accounting / Taxation from Reputable University with GPA > 3.00
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Company
  • Having brevet A/B/C  or USKP
  • Have experiences in handling tax cases (audits, objections and appeal).
  • Good command of English language (spoken & written).
  • Good logical thinking, able to analyze & solving problems creatively.
  • Ability to identify issues, establish initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and presentation tools
  • Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for PT. Sewu Segar Primatama (under Sewu Segar Nusantara)
    retail space availability (including connection to landlord, securing
    space to landlords and securing contract) that support the growth of
    store numbers.
  • Responsible for logistic and procurement necessary to support the
    construction of the stores (retail lay out, retail design, fitting,
    construction)

Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for PT. Sewu Segar Primatama (under Sewu Segar Nusantara) products, ingredients and utensil supply availability
  • Responsible for logistic and procurement necessity to support the operations of PT. Sewu Segar Primatama
  • Working closely with SSN (Sunpride) to collaborate and coordinate daily delivery and logistic for store operations
  • Responsible to source and manage additional sale items (such as grab & go, merchandise, etc)
  • Responsible to source and to maintain availability of fruits and vegetables (local or import)
  • Responsible to source and work with multiple vendors for product
    availability including (not limited to) milk, protein whey, other raw
    ingredients, utensils and other products related to F&B chains.
  • Responsible for numerical/data related to procurement and purchasing including cost, mark out, inventory, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university in any related backgrounds
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience, preferably from retail / FMCG industry (with 4 years of Supervisory experience)
